This could be obtained by either walking into our branches or by sending the currency to our Head office using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. If you have left over currency or travellers cheque.

• You can post the currencies to our Head office using royal mail Special Delivery guaranteed and insured
• We will acknowledge receipt of delivery confirming the rate on the day that we receive your currency and pay you back in UK Sterling
• You will have to send us a covering letter along with your Bank Account details, Contact details, breakdown of currency etc.
• We give you the option of paying into your UK sterling account or send a Cheque in the post.
• You will have to provide us with a passport or driving license along with a utility bill showing proof of address if you are a first time customer or if the transaction exceeds £5000 equivalent of currency bought back.
