This could be obtained by either walking into our branches or by sending the currency to our Head office using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Once the currency is received we will convert into Sterling & credit into your bank account through BACS payment. Therefore you will receive your money to your account approximately in 2 - 3 business days.
You will have to send us the duly completed application form (below) along with copies of your passport or UK driving licence and a utility bill. If the transaction is in excess of GBP 5,000.00 equivalent then a copy of your bank statement also needs to be accompanied.
We give you the option of paying into your UK sterling account or send a Cheque in the post.
You will have to provide us with a copy of your passport or driving license along with a utility bill showing proof of address if you are a first time customer or if the transaction exceeds Ł5000 equivalent of currency bought back.
Please do not send any foreign coins.
If you are intending to convert your currencies at any one of our branches, then bring along the following;
1. Duly complete the application form (below)
2. A print out of our exchange rate page capturing the currency that you intend converting (ie buying rate)
3. The foreign currencies you intend changing
4. Passport or UK driving licence
5. If the transaction is in excess of GBP 5,000.00 equivalent then a copy of your bank statement needs to be presented as well
