If you wish to purchase or transfer large sums of
foreign currencies regularly, please open an account
with us to benefit from preferential rates and effortless
transactions. Please download our client
registration form, complete and forward the following;

- Copy of your passport or Full Photo UK Driving License
- Proof of address, such as utility bill
- Bank statement
- Company Registration (for Companies)
Due to changes in HM Revenue and Custom's
regulations, if you hold a UK passport and you are coming
down to the Head Office at 402,
Strand, London WC2R ONE then you will be required
to bring the original documents with you and we will take
copies. If you are a foreign passport holder, you will have
to obtain a certified copy of your passport, and bring with
you the other original documents required as well as your
passport to our Branch. If you are sending the documents
via email or by post, please ensure that you send certified
copies. Please note, when you conduct large transactions
ID will be required at all times.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
- We only accept electronic
payments 'BACS, CHAPS or Faster
Payments'
Internet bank transfers from your account to our account
(N.B. our account details are below). Please ensure that
you do not deposit any cash into our account.
- When you make a payment If your
bank is offering Faster Payments service, we will receive
your payment within 2 hours. If payment for your order
is received by 12 Noon, we will then despatch your order
the same day for next working day delivery whilst you
can expect delivery within 2 working days.
If your bank
is not offering Faster
Payments service,
we will receive your payment within 3 working days, and
we will dispatch your order on the same day your funds clear
our account, you can expect delivery within 3 - 4 working
days.
Please ensure you state your
order number or your
full name and the currency ordered
as a reference on the payment advice.
If you DO NOT state your order number, you will not receive
your money on time.

However payments in lieu of fast track
transactions can be made at the Head Office either by cash,
debit or credit cards. If you are paying by Debit Card there
is no charge, but if you are paying by Visa Debit Card you
might get charged by your bank, we advise that you check with
your bank. If you chose to pay by credit card there is a min £2
or 1% charge for use by us, additionally your credit card
company will charge you for this transaction, as it goes as a
cash advance. When paying by debit or credit card you will be
required to produce a form of ID such as a passport or Full UK
driving license. |
